Ismet Ibishi, is Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs

He finished the Studies for Machinery in 1979 and was given a title of Machinery Engineer

Working Experience

• During 1978-1991 he worked as an officer of the JNA, in Slovenia, the protection against heavy air missile systems in the framework of military aviation, where he was commander of the missile unit "Neva", or "Sam-2.
• From 1991-1998, has been owner and director of private company of Construction and Trade " Dini doo ", based on the Postojna, the Republic of Slovenia
• from year 1991 he dealt with national activities and different movements for establishment of military army of the Republic of Kosovo
• From March of 1998 has become a member of the KLA and was appointed as first assistant commander for intelligence, counterintelligence and operations in the Dukagjini Region
• From 1999 he was appointed chief of staff to the Command Zoll with the rank of colonel, where he worked and operated until October 1999.
• From October 1999 until September 2000 he was transferred to Gjilane, where as colonel of KPC, has held the position of the Chief of Operations, sixth Command Area in Gjilan.
• From October 2000 until September 2006, has worked as Head of Operations in Pristina, at the Command Center, Training and Doctrine.
